Project

In the context of an ambitious Digital Transformation process, Banco YETU implemented EasyVista solutions with the support of Symplifyr to optimize, digitize, and automate business and support processes. The simplification and digitization of both business and support processes played an essential role by providing robust foundations to significantly enhance customer service. It was necessary to automate processes to reduce complexity as well as streamline operations, enabling quicker responses to the needs of Banco YETU's customers and employees.

It was in this context that the Symplifyr team implemented EasyVista solutions for ITSM (IT Service Management) and ESM (Enterprise Service Management).

With EasyVista, and with the combined effort of Banco Yetu's multidisciplinary teams and Symplifyr, it was possible to implement multiple processes quickly and iteratively, accelerating Banco Yetu's digitalization time to market and with costs that are quite competitive compared to other approaches.
